: Job Title: Program/ Category Manager – Operations & Strategy Location- Kochi Experience- 1+ years Education- Tier 1 MBA only Language- Malayallam (Mandatory) About the Role: We're looking for an analytical, proactive, and driven skilled to join us as a Program Manager for Business– Operations & Strategy for our Kochi team. In this role, you'll be the strategic and operational bridge between the central business team and the on-ground operations, ensuring our regional centers run efficiently, strategically aligned and business goals are met. A key part of your mandate will be to grow the business in your state by leveraging local insights, customer understanding, and competitive intelligence to influence strategy and execution.

What You'll Do: Drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps and implementing structured solutions.

Grow the business in your region by:

-  Leveraging local market insights,
-  Conducting competitive analysis,
-  Recommending targeted strategies for the Kerala/Telangana/Andhra-




-  Telangana markets. Monitor key business metrics (productivity, conversion levers, quality, customer experience) and partner with regional teams to improve outcomes. What we are looking for: 1+ years of experience in business strategy, analytics, consulting, or a similar role (MBA preferred).
