Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Planning & Financial Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality business plans, financial models, market research reports, and investor-ready pitch decks for entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs, and Innovator Founder Visa applicants.

This role requires a strong understanding of business strategy, financial analysis, market research, and startup ecosystems. The successful candidate should be capable of transforming business ideas into well-structured, commercially viable, and professionally presented documents.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Planning
- Develop comprehensive business plans for Innovator Founder Visa applications and startup

ventures.
- Prepare executive summaries, business models, operational strategies, marketing strategies,

and growth plans.
- Structure business plans that clearly demonstrate innovation, viability, scalability, and

commercial potential.
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Prepare detailed financial projections for up to three years.

Develop:
- Cash Flow Statements
- Revenue Forecasts
- Investment Projections
- Business Valuations





Market & Industry Research
- Conduct comprehensive market research.
- Perform competitor analysis.
- Research customer segments and market opportunities.
- Analyse industry trends and government policies relevant to client businesses.
- Present findings in a structured and data-driven format.

Pitch Deck Development
- Create investor-ready pitch decks.
- Present business concepts, market opportunities, financials, and investment potential in a
- compelling format.
- Ensure consistency in design, storytelling, and business positioning.

Documentation & Quality Assurance
- Produce well-researched, accurate, and professionally formatted documents.
- Verify financial assumptions and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Meet project deadlines while managing multiple assignments simultaneously.

Requirements

- 2 to 3 years of experience in business planning, financial analysis, management consulting,
- startup consulting, investment research, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of startup ecosystems and business strategy.
- Experience preparing professional business plans and financial models.
- Excellent analytical and research skills.
- Strong written English with exceptional business writing ability.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills Candidates should have working knowledge of:

- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Canva
- Power BI
- AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
- Financial modelling techniques
- Business research methodologies
