NAZR is building India's first integrated women's safety ecosystem. We combine thoughtfully designed safety products, technology and partnerships to make preparedness more accessible for women across India.

We're an early-stage startup, which means every partnership you close and every system you build has a direct impact on the company.

We're looking for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, building relationships and getting things done.

What You'll Do

You'll own NAZR's B2B function from end to end.

That means identifying opportunities, reaching out to potential partners, pitching NAZR, negotiating commercial terms, managing relationships after the partnership is signed and ensuring every collaboration is executed successfully.

On any given week, you could be:

- Prospecting and reaching out to potential corporate, retail, institutional and strategic partners.
- Managing the entire sales cycle from first outreach to signed partnership.
- Building long-term relationships with existing partners and identifying opportunities to grow each account.
- Developing creative collaboration ideas that increase revenue, distribution or brand awareness.
- Coordinating launches, activations and partnership rollouts with internal and external stakeholders.
- Negotiating commercials and closing mutually beneficial deals.
- Managing vendors required for B2B projects and ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Representing NAZR at meetings, events and networking opportunities.
- Creating simple sales collateral, presentations and partnership proposals when needed.
- Building systems that make the B2B function more efficient as we scale.

- Is resourceful, learns quickly and thrives in an early-stage startup.
- Communicates clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Is willing to travel across Mumbai and occasionally to other cities when required.

Previous experience in B2B sales, partnerships or startups is a plus, but we're ultimately hiring for capability, ownership and learning ability.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you'll be expected to:

- Build and manage NAZR's B2B pipeline.
- Consistently generate and close new partnership opportunities.
- Own partner relationships from first conversation through long-term account management.
- Execute partnership activations with minimal oversight.
- Create scalable processes for NAZR's growing B2B business.
- Become the person everyone trusts to own our partnerships end to end.
