Role Overview

Manage business operations data, MIS, and performance reports.

Maintain and track vehicle-related operational data.

Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate with NBFCs.

Manage post-sale customer documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational dependencies and drive seamless execution.

· Technical Skills: Excel

· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication. Hindi speaking candidates are preferred

· Customer Backward thinking: Understands and anticipates customer needs, provides consistent quality service and maintains a strong customer-oriented mindset – The candidate is expected to understand and empathise with customer concerns, identify the root cause of issues, and take ownership of driving timely and effective resolutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
