Role Description The Business Operations Intern (Freshers) will support daily operational activities across departments to ensure smooth functioning of the organization. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Bangalore Urban district and involves coordinating with teams, assisting in process documentation, and helping track key performance indicators. The intern will assist in data collection and analysis, prepare basic reports and presentations, and help streamline workflows and internal communications.

The role may also include supporting administrative tasks,



contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and learning how business operations align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

Ability to analyze data, prepare basic reports, and use spreadsheets or presentation tools to support operational decision-making.

Robust organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.

Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting information clearly.

Proactive problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and methodologies.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Commerce, Economics, or a related field (freshers encouraged to apply).

Comfort with basic digital tools and productivity software; familiarity with business operations or EdTech environments is a plus.
