RevEngineer is hiring an all-round athlete to own Business Operations & Automation. RevEngineer (revengineer.ai) is an AI-native GTM company, seed-backed by Basis Vectors Capital. We build a permanent, compounding revenue motion inside our clients' businesses — mining real-time buying signals, qualifying with AI, and booking decision-maker meetings in days, not months.

We're scaling fast — from founder-led delivery into a repeatable operation run by a lean team of BDRs and operators — and that growth needs structure. We're looking for a high-leverage generalist to build and automate the internal systems that keep a fast-moving revenue operation running, and to flex into marketing, BD, analytics, and strategy for the founder as priorities shift. If you get energy from turning a messy manual process into a clean automated one, this is for you.

What you'll own:

Process design and automation — map the work, kill the friction, build the systems

Internal tools and workflows in n8n, Airtable, and similar stacks (as a builder, not just a user)

Direct founder support across marketing, BD, analytics, and strategy





Reporting and dashboards that turn scattered pipeline data into decisions

Structure around a lean team of BDRs and operators so we scale without breaking trust You're a fit if you have:

3–6 years in business ops, automation, business analysis, revenue/GTM ops, or a founder's-office role

Hands-on experience building automations with n8n / Airtable A builder's instinct — you fix broken processes, you don't just flag them

True generalist range across ops, marketing, BD, analytics, and strategy
