We’re hiring: Business Operations & AI Associate ARC Insulation & Insulators Limited is looking for a resourceful, hands-on professional who can manage everyday business priorities while introducing practical AI and automation into our workflows. What you’ll do: Coordinate tasks across departments and drive follow-ups Prepare reports, presentations, trackers, and documents Improve routine processes using AI and automation Organise business information and build simple dashboards Help teams adopt AI tools responsibly What we’re looking for: 1–4 years in operations, project coordination, executive assistance, or a similar role Solid ownership, organisation, and communication Confidence with spreadsheets, presentations, and AI tools A curious, practical, get-things-done mindset Location: Kolkata, India
