Role Description The Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role oversees day-to-day business operations, including monitoring performance metrics, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment with company goals for growth and profitability.

The Business

Manager will coordinate with product, technology, risk, and sales teams to streamline workflows, improve customer journeys, and support the deployment of new financial products.

Responsibilities include preparing business reports and dashboards, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, managing budgets,



and supporting strategic initiatives. The role also involves stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

Qualifications Strong business operations and management skills, including planning, process optimization, and performance tracking.

Experience in financial services, fintech, or lending, with understanding of credit products, risk principles, and regulatory considerations.

Data analysis and reporting skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic business analytics tools.

Stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Project management capabilities, including prioritization, timeline management, and execution of strategic initiatives.

Ability to work on-site in a rapid-paced environment, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent professional experience is an advantage.

Prior experience in a growth-stage startup or technology-driven organization is beneficial.
