Job Title: Business Journalist - PR

[email protected] Key Responsibilities: Write and produce high quality, engaging and relevant Public Relations content including press releases, client servicing documents, feature articles, proposals, pitch letters, interviews etc.
Editing and fact-checking of daily content submissions
Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs, goals, targets audience and incorporating feedback into content revisions as needed
Craft compelling headlines that captures the attention of our target audience
Collaborate with the PR team to strategise and execute content distribution across relevant media outlets and platforms
General understanding of broader marketing and PR in the corporate space Essential Qualifications:
Professional degree in Journalism, Communication, Public Relations or related fields
Previous work experience as a journalist or PR professional for a min of 2 years
Available portfolio of published work
Key Skills
Excellent command over English language (written and verbal)
Excellent proofreading, editing, and copywriting skills
Excellent storyteller and ability to communicate complex topics clearly to the target audience
Strong understanding of financial, investment, and business terminology A keen interest in start ups and new industries
