You will build our core Agentic Harness — a performant, configurable agent layer that powers everything from our database search to sourcing and selling agents. This is a hands-on builder role focused on system design, observability, and agent performance.

- Robust cross-functional leadership skills; ability to align sales, marketing, operations, and product engineering.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B go-to-market motions and enterprise sales cycles.
- High operational rigor and a bias toward data-driven decision-making.
