Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and optimize SQL queries and data models that support dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analysis.

- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines integrating product usage, customer, and financial data sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.

- Conduct complex analyses to identify customer trends, behavioral patterns, and growth opportunities, and translate them into clear strategic narratives that guide customer and executive decisions.

- Partner with Customer Success, Solution Architects, and Product to uncover data-driven opportunities for adoption, expansion, and process improvement.

- Provide analytical support for customer QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and strategic planning; develop KPI frameworks and dashboards that quantify customer health and value realization.

- Manage and optimize BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI), automate recurring reports, and design self-service data tools for non-technical stakeholders.

- Partner with Data Engineering and Operations to ensure infrastructure supports analytical scalability.

Basic Qualifications





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

- 36 years of experience as a BI Engineer, Data Analyst, or Analytics Engineer.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL and familiarity with one or more data warehousing technologies (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar).

- Experience with visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

- Solid written communication skills — ability to author data-driven strategy documents for executive and customer audiences.

- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and translate complex findings into business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in SaaS, Customer Success analytics, or product usage analytics.

- Experience building pipelines and models in a modern data stack (e.g., dbt, Airflow, or similar).

- Familiarity with enterprise service operations or customer support analytics.

- Experience designing KPI frameworks and value-realization metrics for enterprise customers.
