We’re Hiring: Business Head – Operations & P&L;

Location: Jaipur

Work Mode: Work from Office

Experience: 10–15 years

Compensation: Up to 24 LPA, negotiable (Depends on the current ctc) fixed + performance-linked variable

Tallento.ai is looking for a senior operating leader who can take complete ownership of day-to-day business execution, recruitment delivery, sales operations, collections, team productivity and profitability.

This is not an advisory, coordination or presentation-focused role.

The selected leader will be responsible for:

✅ Complete business and P&L; ownership

✅ Recruitment delivery and successful joinings

✅ Revenue execution and cash collections

✅ Client retention and key account management

✅ Team performance, restructuring and accountability

✅ Cost control and operational profitability

✅ CRM, ATS, MIS and process automation

✅ Reducing founder dependency in daily operations

We are looking for someone who has:

- Managed a team of 100+ employees
- Owned revenue, collections and profitability
- Led recruitment, staffing, RPO or service operations




- Managed managers—not only individual contributors
- Improved employee productivity and business margins
- Worked in a founder-led, bootstrapped or cash-conscious organisation
- Taken difficult decisions involving performance, restructuring and exits

Candidates from staffing, recruitment consulting, RPO, executive search, education recruitment, edtech operations or people-intensive service businesses will be preferred.

This role is not suitable for candidates whose experience is limited to internal HR or corporate talent acquisition without business and P&L; ownership.
