NExperience Required: 8–10 years in business development, education-centre management or training-centre operations.

NKey Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Independently manage the overall operations and profitability of the computer training centre
N
- Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth and expansion
N
- Lead teams, manage performance and ensure operational efficiency
N
- Drive revenue generation, budgeting and achievement of admission targets
N
- Develop institutional partnerships, corporate tie-ups and strategic collaborations
N
- Identify new business opportunities in computer education, certification programmes and skill-development initiatives
N
- Maintain solid reporting systems, market networking and stakeholder relationships
N
- Demonstrate excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills
