- Develop new business opportunities through effective relationship management with dealerships.

- Identify potential customers for farm equipment financing solutions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to loan processing.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-5 years of experience in auto finance, preferably in tractor finance or any vehicle loans.

- Strong understanding of vehicle finance products such as Tractor loans, refinancing, and collections.

- Excellent communication skills for building robust relationships with dealerships and customers.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
