Role: Business Finance- FP&A;

Hyderabad Office Location: Sonata Software Ltd, Vamsiram Suvarnadurga Tech Park, C8FW+5GX, Nanakramguda Rd, Madhava Reddy Colony, Gachibowli, Nanakramguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032, India

Work Mode: Hybrid work from office (Weekly 2 days)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Budgeting & Forecasting

Assist in annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting.

Work with cross-functional teams to validate financial assumptions.

Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial plans.

2. Variance Analysis

Conduct monthly analysis comparing actuals to budget/forecast.

Identify drivers behind variances and prepare executive-level summaries.

3. Performance Tracking

Track vertical-specific KPIs including revenue, GM, and productivity.

Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools.

4. Revenue & GM Projection





Collaborate with sales and delivery to maintain accurate rolling forecasts.

Ensure projections reflect order book movements and CRM pipeline.

5. Order Book & CRM Management

Maintain and regularly update the verticals order book.

Ensure accurate CRM data entry and coordination across finance and sales operations.

6. Leadership Reporting

Prepare review decks and executive summaries for leadership.

Participate in leadership calls and support U.S. stakeholders during overlapping hours (adaptable, not daily).

Respond to ad hoc requests with timely and accurate data.

7. Process Optimization

Recommend improvements to reporting processes and automation initiatives.

Support standardization and best practices across finance functions.
