About The Role

At Skill Spring, we don't believe fresh graduates should spend years doing repetitive work before creating impact.

We're looking for curious, proactive individuals who enjoy solving problems, taking ownership, and learning by doing. As a Business Enabler, you'll work directly with our Business Growth team on consulting opportunities, business strategy, client outreach, proposal building, and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

- Conduct market and competitor research
- Identify new business opportunities
- Manage CRM and sales pipeline updates
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
- Support consulting engagements and client projects
- Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Coordinate follow-ups with prospective clients




- Work closely with founders and the Business Growth team
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and execution

Qualifications Required

- Graduate or Postgraduate (Any Stream)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong ownership mindset
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly
- Good research and analytical abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
