This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Trainee. In this role, you will connect with prospective learners through calls, virtual meetings, and messages to understand their needs and introduce Bhanzu’s learning solutions. You will qualify leads, schedule and conduct product demos, follow up on inquiries, and support the conversion of prospects into enrolled learners.
You will maintain accurate records in the CRM, track daily and weekly targets, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities ● Reach out to potential customers and explain Bhanzu’s offerings. ● Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients. ● Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information. ● Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets. ● Build and nurture relationships with clients for long-term engagement. ● Gather feedback from clients and communicate it to internal teams for process improvement. ● Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business development efforts. ● Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Desired Candidate
Profile ● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (freshers encouraged to apply). ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Solid persuasion and relationship-building abilities. ● High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and adaptability.
