? Location: Remote (Work From Home) Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective parents and students through outbound calls.
- Conduct video counselling/demo sessions to explain Bhanzu's programs.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Build strong customer relationships and guide prospects through the enrollment process.
- Follow up with leads and referrals to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales updates.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.





Eligibility

Criteria

✅ Graduate (Mandatory)

✅ Must not be pursuing any degree/course currently

✅ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

✅ Comfortable with outbound calling and video counselling sessions

✅ Must have a personal laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection

✅ Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and sales skills

✅ Immediate joiners preferred Industry: Education (EdTech)
