We are seeking a diligent and proactive Field Staff member to join our team. The primary responsibilities include visiting markets across Sri Lanka to check branding, perform test transactions, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of brand representation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit various markets across Sri Lanka to inspect and ensure proper branding and visibility of marketing material.
- Perform test transactions and Share receipts to verify the functionality and reliability of the services/products.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including partner, acquiring banks and committee, and the Indian High Commission.
- Provide detailed reports on branding status, test transaction outcomes, and stakeholder feedback regularly.
- Identify and report any issues or inconsistencies in branding or transaction processes.
- Identify key merchants and collaborate with acquirers for enabling UPI.
- Collaborate with the internal team to implement solutions for identified issues.
- Conduct training sessions or briefings for stakeholders and merchant partners.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide relevant insights.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fieldwork, sales, marketing, or customer relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Sri Lanka.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Flexibility to work wide-ranging hours, including weekends if necessary.
