Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist role based in the Greater Kolkata, Assam, Odisha, Jharkhand Area.

The Business Development

Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a robust pipeline of prospective clients for Firefly Production’s creative and marketing services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and mapping potential clients in target segments. The role involves initiating contact with prospects, scheduling and attending meetings, presenting service offerings, and supporting proposal and pitch development.

The Business Development

Specialist will also maintain CRM records, collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs,



and provide ongoing customer service to strengthen long-term relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, assess business opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present ideas clearly, prepare persuasive proposals, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation experience, including prospecting, pipeline management, and conversion of qualified leads into opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Market Research capabilities to study industry trends, competitor activities, and client segments relevant to creative and marketing services.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage client expectations, address inquiries, and maintain positive, long-term relationships.
- Prior experience in business development or sales within marketing, advertising, or creative agencies is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet targets and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
