Role Description This Business Development Sales Marketing Intern role is a hybrid internship based in Noida, with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home. The intern will support lead generation activities, including identifying potential clients, updating prospect lists, and assisting in outreach campaigns. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research on eco-friendly packaging trends, competitor offerings, and target industries, as well as contributing to sales presentations and marketing collateral.

The role also involves coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, following up with prospective customers, and providing basic customer service support to ensure a positive experience.



The intern will help track performance metrics for campaigns and business development initiatives, and share insights to refine growth strategies.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market and sales data to support business decisions.

Effective communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication with internal teams and prospective clients.

Lead generation skills with a focus on identifying, qualifying, and maintaining lists of potential customers.

Market research skills for studying industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in sustainable packaging.

Customer service skills to assist in responding to inquiries and maintaining positive relationships with partners and clients.

Interest in sales, marketing, and business development, preferably within sustainability or eco-friendly products.

Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with CRM or marketing tools is a plus.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field.
