About the Role Truetrip Trailscape Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The role involves converting travel inquiries into confirmed bookings by understanding customer requirements, suggesting suitable travel packages, and building long-term customer relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound sales calls.

Follow up with fresh and existing leads. Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable domestic and international tour packages. Explain package details, pricing, inclusions, and policies clearly.

Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the booking process. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly. Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking execution.

Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. RequirementsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).



0–3 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Business Development. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Solid communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM). Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
