Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred We are seeking an experienced, proactive professional to manage business development, projects, and client accounts within our fabrication, manufacturing, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Manage client accounts from enquiry through project completion and post-delivery support.

Coordinate closely with management, production teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely project execution.

Prepare quotations, proposals, project schedules, reports, and customer communications.

Monitor project progress, priorities, quality, costs, and delivery timelines.

Understand fabrication drawings, manufacturing processes, production planning, and customer requirements.

Handle multiple projects and priorities effectively in a rapid-paced environment.

Support management with updates, forecasting, and operational coordination.





Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing, production, or related engineering industries.

B.Tech Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

Experience in business development, project management, and/or account management.

Solid understanding of fabrication and production processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and client-handling skills.

Good computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, and project reporting tools.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams.

Candidates located near Vidyavihar or nearby areas will be preferred.
