Senior Business Development Leader Supply Chain Finance (SCF)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to drive corporate partnerships and expand our Supply Chain Finance (SCF) business. The ideal candidate should have experience in acquiring and managing large corporate accounts, developing anchor-led financing programs, and working closely with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, acquire, and onboard large corporate anchors across multiple industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CFOs, Treasury Heads, and Supply Chain Leaders.
- Develop and manage Vendor Financing, Dealer Financing, and Distributor Financing programs.
- Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Legal, and Product teams for successful program implementation.
- Structure customized Supply Chain Finance solutions based on client requirements.
- Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and long-term relationship management.
- Analyze industry trends, working capital requirements,



and supply chain ecosystems to identify current business opportunities.
- Manage the complete business lifecycle from client acquisition to program execution and expansion.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Relationship Management.
- Experience in Supply Chain Finance or Trade Finance products.
- Strong understanding of Vendor Finance, Dealer Finance, Distributor Finance, and Working Capital solutions.
- Experience handling corporate clients and enterprise-level partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Credit, Risk, Legal, and Product.
