Role Description

- We are seeking a Development Manager for a full time, on-site role located in Chennai.
- The Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, building and managing a high-performing team, and achieving sales targets.
- Daily responsibilities include recruiting, mentoring, and training team members, supporting field activities, identifying business opportunities, and promoting and selling life insurance products.
- Additionally, the role involves client engagement, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Basic Graduation in any Stream.
- Business development skills with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Leadership and team management experience, including recruitment, training, and motivation of teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Understanding of insurance or financial services industry; knowledge of life insurance products is a plus.
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify market opportunities and devise effective solutions.




- Problem-solving abilities and operational planning to ensure productive business processes.

Salary Package

- For DM Role - 3 to 3.5 Lks Per Annum
- For AM Role - 4.2 to 4.7 lks per Annum.
- For SAM Role - * 5.7 TO 6.2 lks
