Co. is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our expansion journey and help us make integrated wellness accessible to more individuals, corporates, and communities across India.

What You'll Do

✅ Drive business growth through B2B & B2C partnerships

✅ Build corporate wellness collaborations and institutional tie-ups

✅ Develop referral networks with doctors, hospitals, physiotherapists, fitness centres, and allied healthcare professionals

✅ Forge strategic alliances with premium brands, hotels, sports academies, residential communities, insurance companies, and wellness partners

✅ Represent The Wellness Co. at industry events, health expos, and networking forums

✅ Identify new market opportunities and contribute to our growth strategy

✅ Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, Clinic Operations, and Finance teams to deliver exceptional business outcomes

We're Looking For





✔️ 10–15 years of experience in Business Development

✔️ Strong expertise in corporate sales, strategic partnerships, and relationship management

✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills

✔️ Experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, corporate wellness, luxury services, or premium consumer businesses is preferred

✔️ Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
