Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Gurgaon.

The Business Development

Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners, and promote Oak & Stone Inc.’s real estate investment offerings. Daily responsibilities include prospecting leads, conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The role also involves tracking market trends in Gurgaon, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools.

The Business Development





Manager is expected to meet sales targets, represent the company at events and networking forums, and provide ongoing account management to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications Robust business development, sales, and client relationship management skills, with experience in real estate or related sectors preferred.

Ability to conduct market research, analyze local property trends, and translate insights into actionable business strategies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the capacity to engage diverse stakeholders professionally.

Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).

Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

High level of integrity, customer-focus, and a results-oriented mindset, with openness to continuous learning and development.
