Position: Regional Sales Manager Industrial Sales

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and expand sales of PPR,, PVC, and related piping solutions in industrial and institutional segments.
2. Identify and develop business opportunities with:
- Pharmaceutical manufacturers
- Chemical industries
- Food processing plants
- HVAC contractors
- Chiller and cooling tower manufacturers
- Air compressor companies
- Industrial utility contractors
- Water treatment companies
- EPC contractors
- Consultants and project management firms

- Build relationships with plant heads, maintenance heads, project managers, purchase managers, consultants, and EPC contractors.
- Generate project specifications and secure approvals for company products.
- Track upcoming industrial projects and convert them into business opportunities.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers and consultants.
- Coordinate with distributors, dealers,



and channel partners for project execution.
- Ensure timely payment collection and outstanding management.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts, project pipelines, and market intelligence reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Civil, or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 510 years of experience in industrial sales, project sales, or technical sales.
- Experience in any of the following industries:
- Industrial Piping
- Valves
- Pumps
- Air Compressors
- Pneumatic Systems
- HVAC / Chillers
- Cooling Towers
- Water Treatment Plants
- Chemical Processing Equipment
- Pharmaceutical Utilities
- Industrial Projects

- Robust network with industrial customers, consultants, contractors, and EPC companies.
- Proven track record of generating project business and achieving sales targets.
