Preparation and review of cost estimate/ analysis for the equipments. Preparation and review of price comparatives.

Good Negotiation skills for purchase & Service items.

Understanding project's requirements and floating inquiries to various suppliers & Manufacturers for Purchase/Service Order.

Knowledge about various terms & conditions of Purchase/Service Order.

Close Followup & co-ordination with suppliers, clients & Project Department. Co-ordination with suppliers/manufacturers for Manufacturing clearance, Inspection schedule, Dispatch Clearance, Invoicing, documentation submission.

Knowledge about SAP/ERP System

Essential Experience:

8-10 years experience in purchase of equipments for electrical AIS/GIS Substations up to 33kV/66KV/ 220KV & 11kV Underground cable network.

Solid communication skill in English, Hindi & Gujarati must.

Expert in MS Excel & MS Word

Dealing with Project Team, Technical and production teams of leading OEM/ MNC OEM

Local candidates are preferable.
