3+ Years of experience in Service based industry

Customer interaction (US and Europe preferred)

Experience with Cortex-A series and ARM series processors

Bare-metal, RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr), Device Driver development Firmware development

Architecting embedded systems

Experience working onsite with US or Europe-based customers

Excellent written and verbal communication

Project planning and tracking daily tasks

Proposal making





Mentoring people and creating a healthy hierarchy

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Technical Lead with over 8 years of experience in Embedded Systems, specifically within the Consumer Electronics, IOT, or Networking domains. They have a strong background in service-based industries and proven experience interacting with US/European customers, including onsite engagements. They are experts in RTOS like FreeRTOS and Zephyr, system architecture, and have the leadership skills to mentor teams and manage deliverables.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES:

This role involves technically leading multiple projects, understanding requirements, and managing effort estimation and project planning. Key responsibilities include ensuring on-time and quality delivery, managing team tasks, handling direct customer communications, and architecting embedded systems. Additionally, the role includes people management aspects such as mentoring, performance tracking, interviewing recent candidates, and supporting pre-sales activities.
