Job Description

- Lead design and implementation of solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Dataverse.
- Deliver solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Copilot Studio.
- Design and manage Dataverse data models, security, business rules and integrations.
- Lead implementations for D365 Sales, Customer Service and Project Operations.
- Architect integrations using Dataverse APIs, Azure Services, Logic Apps and Service Bus.
- Drive Copilot and AI Solution Adoption using Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI.
- Conduct customer workshops, solution design sessions and requirement gathering.
- Mentor consultants and developers and provide technical leadership.
- Support presales activities including estimations, proposals and solution presentations.

Candidate Profile

- Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions for international and domestic clients.
- Solid client communication, stakeholder management and consulting skills.




- Experience managing multiple client engagements and working across different time zones.
- Enterprise Power Platform implementation experience.
- Experience with Governance and Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Hands - on experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio and Generative AI solutions.
- Exposure to Azure Integration Services and Microsoft Fabric is an advantage.
- Experience in presales, solution architecture discussions and customer - facing consulting.
