Job Title: Site Supervisor and Co-ordinator - Green wall, indoor plantation, garden maintenance, irrigation work

Site Management

- Oversee daily work at assigned sites, including vertical gardens, indoor plants, and special plant installations
- Make sure all tasks are done on time
- Check plant health and fix any problems quickly

Team Leadership

- Guide and train gardeners
- Give tasks to team members

Plant Care and Installation

- Use proper planting techniques for different types of plants
- Take care of plants, including watering, fertilizing, and pruning
- Install recent plants and gardens, making sure they are placed correctly for best growth

Quality Check

- Make sure all work meets Vertvista's high standards
- Regularly check plants, watering systems, and landscaping

Client Communication

- Talk to clients at the site
- Answer client questions and requests quickly
- Give updates on how the project is going

Equipment and Supplies

- Make sure tools and equipment are used and maintained properly
- Keep track of plants, materials, and supplies
- Check that special systems like self-watering planters and sensor-based watering are working well

Reports and Records

- Keep accurate records of site activities and plant health
- Write regular reports about the site's progress and any problems
- Talk to the Horticulture Maintenance Manager about the site's needs

Qualifications

- Degree in Horticulture, Landscaping, Botany, Agriculture, or similar field
- At least 3-4 years of experience in landscape work or supervision
- Good knowledge of many plant types, including indoor, outdoor, and rare plants




- Understanding of vertical gardens and green building ideas
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to use landscaping equipment and basic computer skills
- Driver's license

Desired Skills

- Experience with eco-friendly landscaping and water-saving watering systems
- Knowledge of green building certifications and landscape products
- Familiarity with new plant care technologies

Job responsibilities:

1. Project coordination and management

2. On-site supervision

3. Streamlining resources material, manpower and logistics for timely work completion

4. Ensure quality of work done on-site

5. Maintain project documents delivery challan, measurement sheet, work completion certificate , etc

6. Maintain daily communication with client for on-going projects

7. Oversee maintenance sites, create maintenance reports, maintenance schedule and maintain communication with client.

Skills needed:

1. Good verbal communication and soft skills.

2. Project management skills

3. Systematic documentation and reporting

4. Understanding of units of scale, dimensions & read technical drawings

5. Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Work Experience:

- Minimum 3-4 years in site coordination / site supervision / project management in landscaping / interior / construction industry.

Educational Qualification:

- Diploma holder in horticulture/ botany / agriculture / landscaping / allied industry

- Reference from previous company/companies
