Internship based at our dedicated qualified office setup located at the founder's residence in Ahmedabad. The workspace is designed exclusively for office operations and this is NOT a Work From Home (WFH) role.
Role & responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA HR/BBA preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
