Job Description

Kuldeep Kumar Contractor is looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and manage building construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality, safety, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from start to handover.
- Manage daily site activities and supervise engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labour teams.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource planning.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, and government authorities.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Control project costs and optimize resource utilization.
- Resolve technical and operational issues at the site.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing residential, commercial, or government building projects.
- Robust knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, and MEP coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera (preferred), AutoCAD, and project documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines.
