This role is a key leadership position within our Foods business, driving Quality & Food Safety (QFS) strategy, compliance, and capability building aligned to AMESA standards.

Role Highlights

- Lead end-to-end Food Safety & Quality strategy across plant operations
- Drive compliance with HACCP, FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000, FSSAI, and PepsiCo QFS standards
- Ensure audit readiness, traceability, and governance frameworks
- Partner cross-functionally for process safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Build and strengthen plant-level QFS capabilities and systems

Ideal Profile

- 10–12+ years in FMCG / Food Manufacturing




- Strong expertise in Food Safety systems and quality management
- Experience in plant operations, audits, and stakeholder leadership
