Job Summary
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and promote the company's products and services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Follow up with customers and maintain call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline.
- 02 years of experience (Freshers can apply).
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Salary: As per company standards + performance incentives.
