Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounts finalization, TDS filing, GST compliance, tax returns (IT Returns), and other tax-related tasks.

- Manage payroll processing for employees' salaries and benefits.

- Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement in internal controls and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Provide guidance on accounting principles, policies, and procedures to junior team members.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-12 years of experience in accountancy or related field with expertise in accounts finalisation, TDS, GST, taxation.

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.

- Solid knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Goods & Services Tax Act (GST), Income-tax Act etc.
