Role Overview:
The role will support the leadership team in government infrastructure advisory engagements by analysing government requirements, understanding sector developments, developing strategic insights, and preparing high-quality presentations and consulting deliverables. The role requires a combination of technical understanding of civil infrastructure, government project ecosystem knowledge, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to support decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyse infrastructure requirements, initiatives, and development programs across various government departments and agencies.
- Conduct research on government schemes, infrastructure policies, tenders, and emerging opportunities across sectors.
- Support leadership in strategic planning, prospect assessment, and decision-making through data-driven insights and analysis.
- Prepare detailed presentations, concept notes, proposals, and strategic documents for internal leadership reviews and government stakeholders.
- Develop government-facing presentations showcasing company experience, project portfolio, technical capabilities, and value proposition.
- Evaluate project requirements, client expectations,
and infrastructure challenges to develop appropriate consulting approaches.
- Support preparation of feasibility studies, project summaries, business cases, and advisory reports.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to gather project information and convert technical inputs into structured consulting presentations.
- Analyse market trends, infrastructure developments, and government priorities to identify strategic opportunities.
- Assist in client meetings, stakeholder discussions, and government interactions as required.
- Maintain understanding of government infrastructure ecosystem, procurement processes, and project implementation frameworks.
- Support business development initiatives through research, documentation, and strategic inputs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
- Additional qualification in Infrastructure Management, Urban Planning, Project Management, or Business Management will be an advantage.
Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in infrastructure consulting, government advisory, project management, engineering consultancy, or related fields.
- Experience working with government projects, PSUs, infrastructure departments, or consulting organisations preferred.
