Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Location - Mumbai (Andheri East)

Working Day- 5 Days (Sat & Sun Off )

Job Summary

We are looking Senior Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to support day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Operations and Non-Operations roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure timely closures.
- Drive employee referral hiring.

Onboarding & HR Operations

- Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Prepare appointment letters and coordinate employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS updates, and employee master data.
- Conduct new hire follow-ups and provide onboarding support.





Employee Engagement & HR Support

- Organize employee engagement initiatives and festival celebrations.
- Prepare hiring reports and HR presentations.
- Resolve employee queries related to HRMS, attendance, leave, and HR policies.
- Support various HR initiatives and ad-hoc activities.

Skills & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 46 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Good knowledge of job boards such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Hands-on experience in resume sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
