We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for its Private Client Group (PCG) business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling HNI and UHNI clients, equity trading, order punching, client acquisition, and relationship management within the Broking and Capital Markets domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage HNI and UHNI clients.
- Provide advisory support on Equity, Derivatives, Cash Market, and Trading opportunities.
- Execute client trades and handle order punching activities.
- Generate brokerage revenue through active client engagement.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors and traders.
- Ensure excellent client servicing and portfolio support.
- Achieve business and revenue targets assigned by the organization.
- Cross-sell investment and wealth products as per business requirements.
- Stay updated with market trends and provide timely market insights to clients.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Stock Broking, Capital Markets, Equity Advisory, or PCG Business.
- Hands-on experience in Trading and Order Punching.
- Strong exposure to HNI and UHNI client handling.
- Experience in Client Acquisition and Client Servicing.
- Valuable knowledge of Equity Markets, Derivatives, Futures & Options (F&O;), and Cash Market.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with proven business generation capabilities.
