Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support business reporting and data analysis activities. The candidate will work with MS Excel, SQL, and Python to generate insights, automate reports, and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing export/import documents such as invoice, packing list, shipping bill, and bill of lading.
- Support senior staff in maintaining records of export and import transactions.
- Help ensure documents comply with customs regulations and trade policies.
- Assist with bank documentation including letters of credit (LC).
- Coordinate with customs brokers and support customs clearance work, including field visits to ports, customs offices, or warehouses when required.
- Perform basic documentation, data entry, and filing tasks.

Required Skills:

- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards)
- Basic to Intermediate SQL
- Basic to Intermediate Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive communication skills

Preferred:

- Knowledge of Power BI or any visualization tool
- Exposure to data analysis projects or internships
