1. Candidate should be a law graduate (LLM optional).

2. Should have experience in drafting of contracts, red-lining, negotiations.

3. Should have the ability to identify & highlight risks and its impact in contracts.

4. Able to manage and collaborate with internal stakeholders,



adhere to TAT's and assist other team members.

5. Should possess analytical thinking, business acumen, and ability to prioritize and work autonomously on multiple projects at the same time.

6. Provide legal support to seniors and work in a team for various commercial transactions.

7. Highly focussed on continual learning and development.

8. Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
