Role Overview

The Delivery Team Program Manager is responsible for leading offshore delivery teams that support staffing and staff augmentation/delivery programs for enterprise clients. This role ensures delivery teams are trained on client-specific processes, performance expectations, and quality standards while driving speed, consistency, and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage offshore delivery and recruiting teams supporting
- Ensure delivery teams are trained on client-specific hiring processes, tools, and compliance requirements
- Partner with U.S.-based sales, account, and client services teams to support active requisitions and delivery goals
- Monitor recruiter productivity, quality of submissions, and hiring outcomes
- Implement delivery best practices, workflow optimization, and performance improvement plans
- Serve as a delivery subject matter expert in client discussions related to sourcing strategy,



delivery progress, and talent availability
- Provide regular reporting and insights on pipeline health, delivery performance, and hiring trends

Required Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in staffing delivery, recruiting operations, or talent delivery leadership
- Strong experience managing staffing models and delivery teams
- Proven ability to scale delivery teams and processes in an offshore environment
- Experience working with ATS, CRM, and VMS platforms
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting U.S.-based enterprise clients
- Background in IT, technology, or skilled services staffing
- Prior experience acting as a delivery lead or SME in client-facing discussions
