Key Responsibilities

- Execute the end-to-end procurement process, including RFQs, quotation analysis, commercial negotiations, Comparative Statements (CS), Notes for Approval (NFA), and Purchase Order (PO) issuance.
- Manage procurement across OPEX (non-stock), Service, and CAPEX categories, ensuring uninterrupted plant operations.
- Source and procure plant spares, electrical and mechanical consumables, laboratory & QC items, safety materials, civil materials, lubricants, stationery, structural steel, and other operational consumables.
- Process service procurement for manpower, security, equipment hiring, maintenance contracts, transportation, calibration, refurbishment, cleaning, painting, and other operational services.
- Handle CAPEX procurement related to civil works, fabrication, electrical contracts,



plant erection & commissioning, borewells, plumbing, soil testing, and asset transportation.
- Develop recent vendors, manage vendor onboarding and code creation, and build strategic supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services while resolving supply and payment-related issues.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, approval workflows, documentation standards, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Monitor procurement performance and support continuous improvement in sourcing efficiency, vendor management, and procurement compliance.
