Job Title: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and address the talent needs of clients.
- Source and screen candidates based on job specifications.
- Brief candidates on job opportunities and ensure alignment to client need.
- Follow up with candidates and track interview outcomes.
- Coordinate with clients to manage openings and feedback.
- Maintain and analyse recruitment data to improve strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- 1-5years of recruitment experience in banking and finance sector.
- Robust communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
