Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for participating and delivering CSR advisory assignments to clients across consulting projects at SGS.
- Work closely with the team in designing and building solutions that address our customer needs and create measurable social impact.
- To ensure projects (assignments) are delivered as per the KPIs and timeline agreed with customers SLA.
- Generate regular market intelligence and reports through market research to understand the changing dynamics and updates of the market.

Key Deliverables:

- To develop and implement CSR Solutions, Audits and Impact assessment framework for Customers.
- Design, Develop, Write, and Submit winning Impact Assessment proposals considering various indicators, methodology used, and timelines.
- Developing a work plan for the implementation of services in consultation with Partners based on the findings.
- Set the standards/protocols of data capture required within the organization and ensure that staff are capturing the required data and consistently meeting the data quality standards through a training program for staff
