- Design and configure Talent and Performance processes including goal management, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Set up templates for performance evaluations, competency frameworks, and feedback cycles.
- Configure eligibility rules for talent programs based on job profiles and organizational hierarchy.
- Implement business processes for talent events (e.g., goal setting, review cycles, calibration sessions).
- Perform regular audits of performance review templates, goals, and succession plans.
- Update talent and performance structures during organizational changes or annual cycles.
- Maintain security roles and domain policies for talent and performance data.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to goal alignment, review workflows, and succession planning.
- Build custom reports and dashboards for talent analytics using Workday Report Writer.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Talent & Performance configuration.
- Knowledge of goal management, performance review cycles, and succession planning.
- Familiarity with Workday security model and domain policies.
- Experience in Workday reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
Preferred Experience
- Workday Certification in Talent & Performance.
- Experience with Workday HCM and related modules.
- Prior involvement in Workday implementation or optimization projects.
