Roles Responsibilities
1. Meet daily/weekly/monthly production quality as per project SLAs /Timelines
2.



Responsible for follow up with the Insurance companies on outstanding accounts receivable on behalf of doctor s/physicians/ RCM companies in USA.
3. Production and Quality targets are to be met daily.
4. Identifying, correcting the billing errors resubmitting it to the insurance companies.
