Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Position Overview:

The Sales Coordinator plays a vital support role in the sales department ensuring smooth coordination between clients, the sales team, and internal departments. This role involves handling quotations, documentation, communication follow-ups, and maintaining accurate sales records to help achieve organizational goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day operations and client interactions.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales trackers, and CRM records.
- Follow up with clients for pending quotations, POs, payments, and delivery schedules.
- Liaise with internal departments (Pre-Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Logistics)



for order processing.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, MIS data, and dashboards for management review.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and vendors for pricing, lead status, and product availability.
- Support marketing and lead generation campaigns as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Management, or IT preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, back-office, or admin roles (interns may be considered).
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking under deadlines.
- Knowledge of IT products (hardware, networking, or software solutions) will be an advantage.
