Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage procurement activities for building materials such as cement, concrete, waterproofing, tiles, and construction chemicals.
- Conduct market research (R&D;) to identify cutting-edge, sustainable, and alternative residential construction materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimise stock management to minimise waste and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to purchasing.
- Onboard new vendors specialised in residential finishing materials and high-volume raw materials.
- Desired Candidate -1 -2 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field (building construction, civil construction).
- Strong knowledge of building materials like Cement, Concrete, Waterproofing, Tiles & Construction Chemicals.
